What is the best to use on windows xp spk3?

Xampp 1.7.3

or

Xampp 1.7.4-vc6 installer

I am in doubt, say that the second post has security holes. What you think?

Xampp is for develop / test websites/scripts
But 1.7.3 if you are going to use xampp..

My recommendation: use uniserv instead better security and easier

1.7.3 Have many errors you need download version xamp 1.6.6 for works.

For Windows the best is IIS (Internet Information Services) with PHP 5.3 and MySQL Community Server.
Anyway, you should start with Linux, it's better for hosting OpenTibia Servers.

Linux sucks if you're going to host the server at same computer. Playing Tibia in Linux... lol. I tried and it was so bad. (imo)
