Hi, I've had a few servers earlier but that was years ago, I need to refresh my mind and im a total noob at this.

I'm trying to download a distribution and put a RL Map inside of it. Client (8.60) It all gives me a bunch of errors and never works, some of the servers just shuts down randomly when booting. How do I do this? ...

I tried to download a dist like these I found on Otland: http://otland.net/f18/8-60-otx-server-version-2-1-a-155928/ or http://otland.net/f18/8-60-forgotten-server-0-3-6-crying-damson-v5-147913/

When I download a RL map like: http://otland.net/f464/emporia-8-6x-otland-exclusive-3-a-140367/

Do I just drag the "Data" folder and replace it with my current one? I've done this but it just gives me errors.

Yes I do have a database and connected to SQL it all works fine.

The server goes online and works perfectly when I use the regular TFS Map that comes along in the Distribution. As soon I change it to the RL map it fucks up.

There's not much of a screenshot really,

Booting the server

Loading random stuff

Loading map

BOOM ! FATAL: OTBM Loader - [x:32735, y:32556, y:32556, z:12] Failed to create item

I get that error with an empty window showing up, I press OK and it shuts down :/

Specs on the PC are 6 GB RAM

CPU: i7 920

GPU: gtx 590

Decent PC using windows 7.

The distro is GUI, Silver. :)

This is exactly how it looks
[31/08/2012 00:14:50] >> Loading map and spawns...
[31/08/2012 00:14:52] > Map size: 33536x33024.
[31/08/2012 00:14:52] > Map descriptions:
[31/08/2012 00:14:52] "Saved with Remere's Map Editor 2.1"
[31/08/2012 00:14:52] ""
[31/08/2012 00:15:02] > FATAL: OTBM Loader - [x:32735, y:32556, z:12] Failed to create item.

That's what I got, I don't see anything wrong, do you? :D

Right... so there was some stick on the ground or so for the decoration, I removed it.

Now I start the server again. It gives me this:

[31/08/2012 00:47:50] > FATAL: OTBM Loader - [x:32735, y:32557, z:12] Failed to create item.

NOTE! This time the y: is ending at 57, before it was 56. Why does this happend?

So I did the same over again, removed the item on the coordinate, Now I got this:

[31/08/2012 00:55:29] > FATAL: OTBM Loader - [x:32736, y:32556, z:12] Failed to create item.

What's going on? :( Why does these errors come?

LOL I dont know the reason but the only thing i can come up with and either update your items or delete something everytime you get there error and idk if either will fix it so back up your shit before you do anything. Other option is to wait and see what someone else says

If I will delete everytime I get an error I rather hang myself, tie myself on my fan that is attached to the roof with my w-lan cable and dingle around on chatroulette. Let's see if anybody can help me :(

I did

Vendeliko: I did as you said, And I got this message now:
[31/08/2012 01:12:13] [Warning - IOMap::loadMap] Movable item in house: 2129, item type: 10760, pos 32292/31670/8

Then it just shut down automaticly

Okey, So I did as Vendeliko said, And this showed up:

akd27k.jpg

I then removed that green bottle inside of the wall wich was the exact coordinate, when I start the server. It gets stuck at "Loading maps" Then shuts down. . .
