How come when it crashes it takes forever to get back online

Its been over 1 hr now

Sorry about the downtime guys.
It crashed somehow, and we dont use a restarter(talaturen wants to fix the bugs before starting the server again)

And talaturen is sleeping, so you have to wait approxly 4hours until its up again.
