IMO people should have their guild nicknames as their OtLand name e.g Troven (Peroxide), Pan Trener (Peroxide)

AFAIK, Scarlet and I will be charging for private rooms (cheap price I guess), all your hard earned platinums will contribute towards the monthly rent of the guildhall

We don't want to impose a huge rent, but I think that 1k per room(2k for the ones with 2 beds) is good enough for a private room?
if you don't contribute, ur always free to use the rooms on the bottom of the Guild House

We don't know if this will turn out into a bid war against someone else, but if anyone wants to help us, send money to my char (Selvaria) and I'll use it incase someone wants to fight us for it, if no one fights us we'll give back all the money that was lent to us
