There was only 5 free ones, 1 in Carlin(Senja) and 4 in Kazordoon(1 of them is Outlaw Castle in Outlaw Camp)

The one in Senja is both out of range for FACC and was already being bid by another guild
One in Kazordoon was also being bid by another guild
In both cases we don't really want to go with a bidding war since we aren't that rich to begin with

The 3 remaining are Iron Guildhall, Granite Guildhall and Outlaw Castle

I personally don't like the Outlaw Castle since its in the middle of Outlaw Camp, it makes it harder for lower levels to get there, also it would be a pain to just get there
So we went down to Iron Guildhall and Granite Guildhall, to which both me and Pero chose to go with the Iron one, we thought that it had a better layout:

depends on ur cash money, 100k+ get sds and hunt dragon lords with sds "Darashia"

100k- learn exori vis if not learned and get a death rod and hunt ice elementals with exori vis, thats way better than energy elementals with exori flam. Don't forget to fish the elementals after killing them
