yes, kiper was the third admin that did otland together with tala and kornholi

Kiper was admin here sometime ago and something happend between tala and kiper so kiper decieded to delete a part of the forum and then he got perma banned(I THINK NOT SURE)

He's probably lurking around otland not as kiper but someone else. It's not hard to go around perma-ban, just need to get a diff IP, create a fake MAC address and get a new acc going.
