Does anyone know payment website (similar to paypal, moneybookers) but without "chargeback"?

But, does payza available "chargeback" feature?

Chargeback isn't a feature, it's when the buyer (or donator in this case) calls their bank/credit card company and claims that the payment made was unauthorized. Paypal's policy is to take the money away from the seller (hoster) which is why sometimes it sucks to use paypal. I'm not sure what payza's policy on this, but it's worth looking into.

I do know that payza supports more countries than paypal and the rates are about the same.

Seems like you can only use Credit Cards to pay with, so it's still possible with chargebacks.

Anyway, is any way to protect auction with e-goods (like keys, scripts and other)?
Because when you selling keys to games in paypal buyer always win the claims, because you haven't any proofs.

You can set up a website where people buy copies of scripts. Their payment redirects them to a special download page. Bugwt.com uses something like this and afaik he didn't have any issues with chargebacks.
