People cant make characters. MODERN ACC

Well i recently installed my webpage MODERN ACC hurra, i download a template and run the page but i have a problem
I cant make characters in the website it simple dont create them

I fill alll the thing necesary to make a char name,city,voc,sex etc then when i click CREATE nothing happens it just freezes in the same page plzz help

The circles just go spinning and nothing happens :S

i erase all character sample
druid sample all those ones
