I bought points on server ... Got blank message on my phone then another message saying that i payed in full, i took money from my phone but then i looked on page but there was no points ... Gm said that i have to msg to zaypay but zaypay didnt msg me back ... I realized i was ignored



Can anyone help me??
 
We have not ignored you, there is simply nothing we can do if ZayPay doesn't flag your payment as paid. They have told us to tell customers who have problems with their payment option to contact them at [email protected] and that's what we are telling you to do. Give them time to respond before saying that they have ignored you, it usually takes them a few days to respond (at least with support ticket when we have tried to contact them, maybe it's not the same at the customercare mail).
 
Yes, there have been people claiming that they have paid without receiving shop coins before and we have told them the exact same thing and it eventually works out for those who contact ZayPay's customer care (either ZayPay fixes it and tells us to add the shop coins or they explain to you why your payment didn't go through).

I can't answer that, it's between ZayPay and your phone operator. We have no idea whatsoever what happened between ZayPay and your phone operator and that is why you need to contact ZayPay's customer care.

Usually if payment doesn't go through it should be back in your bank account in about 2-5 business days I think, least that's how it works in NZ.
