1 month ago I have my online ot tfs 0.3.6 and 0.4 voi happen.
The computer is a Pentium 4 with 1GB of ram 1.63gz Pendrive + 4 (Fastboot +4 gb Ram) who is hosting a map with Gengia RL and Yurots inside.

Recomendan I buy a server for € 500-900
Pay a VPS or a month and put ot there??

note. I have 30mb internet and I now turn to fiber optic 100mb.
 
Pm me and i can give you some recommended dedicated servers and they are really cheap.
 
Purchasing cheap dedicated servers doesn't mean necessary that they're good.
 
I'd buy a good computer and host from home. Your ISP is good, if the speeds you posted are accurate.

Long-term you'll save money.

What about network availability? What about backup power source? What about hardware filters? Of course in case of long-term hosting he'd save some money but I'm not sure if it's a good idea in case of large-scale server.

What about a nuclear fallout? Stop following my posts and trying your best to corrupt my advice/input - it's childish.

And he can obviously prevent those things from happening by taking precautions and buying the proper hardware for the setup. <_<
