go to phpmyadmin, go to privileges I think, and delete all users except the "root localhost yes ALL PRIVILEGES yes"

okey problem fixed, reinstalled everything... but now i have another problem .

I can see in console he's using TFS 0.3.6 V7 edited by Cyko.
Btw, try using another TFS distro, to look if is system problem or just distro problem.
