VPS slow?

It's really choppy when I minimize clients etc. Is this because of the amount of RAM or is this just how windows VPS works?
It seems really slow motion on everything. How could I get this faster? Is it even possible?

Servers usually don't come with graphic card unit so there's nothing you can do about it.
