Server OFF???

Hi, I am from Chile.

Look what happens is that I try to create my server, I get this:

And then tell two friends who are testing the server and say they are trying to enter and nothing happens (to not pass anything happen like 4 or 5 minutes and then goes Connection refused.?)
Any Help? Please.

Yes, if I opened ports 7172-7171 UDP / TCP, the Internet router (192.168.xxx.xxx) And you disable firewall and put the same ports.

Do you have your global ip (ip from What Is My IP Address | Shows Your IP Address) in your config.lua and do they login with your global ip?

Limos, this is strange, my ip before restart the router are 201.223.148.xxx, now change... and dont, they cant enter to character list, is waiting for minutes and minutes until their connection goes refused.

So, so much thanks, i restart the modem but dont work, but atleast u try to help me no like the others forums ...

Well try to add the global ip you have now in your config.lua and be sure other people are logging in with that too.
Else go to cmd, ipconfig, and then check if your IPv4 address is the one you opened your ports with.

You turned off your windows firewall right? Virusscanner can sometimes block ports too, so if you have one, try turning that off too.
Or check to be sure if the ports in config are correct.

Limos I have a AVG Antivirus, I off the antivirus, and i put off firewall, exception tibia and the server, too i put the ports 7171, 7172 UDP/TCP.

Do you get any errors in your console when they are trying to log in?
Any missing tables?

Huumm, no, the console is so good but some problem with the ports, I and Peroxide from teamviewer try to open good the ports and dont work :/...

You can check if the ports are in use or blocked by some other program: http://otland.net/f138/how-see-program-blocks-certain-port-pictures-155989/
Else you can go to google, type your router with portforwarding, then you will find tutorials for your router to check if you did everything right.

I see a video today, and Movistar (Company router) block my router giving me the user (NOT THE ADMIN) Now I are looking how desbloq my router, if desbloq my router I can open the ports good !!!
