Can't connect to website

Hello guys, im back again with some problems as usually.

The thing is, i can't connect to my website domain name. I can't enter it with my global IP either.
But i can enter it by typing just "localhost" or "127.0.0.1" in the web browser.

Im using:

TFS 0.3.7
Uniserver
Gesior


What could possibly be the problem?

When you're conected in the same Ip whit the same hosting PC or another devices and you try to get access to your web page, you won't because the redirect system like No-IP is just for 186.123.xxx.xxx to your NO-IP so to enter to your WEB page you have to try with 127.0.0.1 or your Hosting PC's Ip, but don't worry cause others can see the web page without errors

Thats wierd, cuz some months ago i could see my website like that, and also i've linked the website to my friends, and none of them could access it.

You can close the thread.
Had his firewall blocking his ports.
