How to see passwords and make monsters destroy walls

First of all, how can i see people passwords, apparently its all encrypted in my 9.81 server, and how can i make a monster destroy walls ? /:

To see passwords you need to change the encryption to "plain" and then look for it in database.

i cant see it if i use [Sha1] ? :S

There is no way to read the passwords when they are encrypted in sha1... There is a way, but its way to long/hard to use... (use Google)

many sites support sha1 decrypts but not higher yet... and decrypt it in php is a bit hard.

but why would you wanna see those passwords when you just can make a new one?

I wanna check the truth , there are some rumors that a god might have gave edited items, but in the talkactions log , theres barely nothing because most commands doesnt appear in there /:
