As you can see in the picture the house door is a normal closed door.

Usally it says the owners name, price and so on.

I saw somewhere that this is a fix in sources. Please confirm.

I don't think this is in the sources, I'd say you don't have the house set in the map editor. Thus not having it anywhere on a house.xml file to tell the server that that building is a house.

I noticed that door ID is not set... I see different houses has Door ID from 1 to various number etc 4.

It is numbers of doors in the house... can it be that you think?
