As for me, I'm only muting players AFTER they have been given a warning (regarding this matter with languages). They usually just ask a question in some random language, and for me that looks like something from another planet, I can't even understand a shit. I'm politely telling them that if they want my help (as a tutor) they will have to speak English. If they however do not listen to me and just SHIFT + UP-ARROW their message over and over again, I'm muting them, which I think is a quite justified reason.

I'm just notifying people how my strategy works and what I'm trying to learn the new tutors that we're promoting or has promoted.
 
When I was tutoring players along with Stryker and others, I found him helpful towards players.
He is doing his job good, according to his level of knowledge and experience.
The reasons you guys show up sound silly and pointless to me.

If you want to get help (if you really do) you ask questions about the problem you have and nothing else.
There is no player who can't understand ''Please talk English if you want us to help you''.

About the mutings, there are hell of alot players and lots of them have played Tibia for only a short time,
meaning they have questions and spammings in the Help Channel can slow down tutors to answer their questions.
Sometimes the channel is full of questions and some people really enjoy ruining it.

Thats a good reason to mute cuz it's spaming, but if they ask just once there is no reason to mute them, there are players that may speak that language. And can help them.

Why the fuck would you be jealous of a tutor? Tutor is just a rank given to people who have been very helpful on help channel as well as in-game overall, tutors job is to help people out on help channel whenever they can as well as keeping help channel safe from spammers (mute people who use the help channel inappropriately) it's not like you are given God powers or anything... so when I see people writing that I and other people are jealous of a tutor... *FACE PALM*
 
Okay, as Stryker has been demoted as a tutor on Shadowcores I decided to close this thread. Thanks for your participation.
