Make a system working like this:
When are you in a warmode - players got that icons(green/red/blue).

So when you have UNCHECKED that HAND icon you can't hit everyone(EVEN WITH AREA SPELLS), but ONLY players which are in WARMODE WITH YOU.

So when you have CHECKED that HAND icon you can hit everyone(AREA SPELLS INCLUDING) and you'll get skull(IF PLAYER ATTACKED IS NOT IN WARMODE).

THIS SYSTEM SHOULD WORK ONLY IN WARMODE.

Where did I say that system is for UE spam fights? Dude, I just made that idea for better wars without skull bashing.. of course if you like to take skull on battle and then be attacked by 40 raging brasilians, its your buisness, I just wanted to help. Peace.

The best idea is when you're skulled and someone takes a yellow on you, every guild member can see that yellow and can kill it.
 
How will guilds have too much power then? It's the best possible idea and even if guilds gets "power" it's what we need, before this shitty skull system came out on rl tibia, guilds HAD power, they dominated the servers they OWNED the server. THat's what WARS are for so you get POWER!
