The no botting rule works as long Fred is actively enough on checking for botters.. T.b.h.. the reason why less people are joining his server is because the rule states NO BOTTERS ... so those who like that come to play but as Fred does not maintain the rule botters are able to do whatever they want anyway and it makes people leave..
