Overall would it be worth it? Laptop runs WoW and LoL with low settings with the occasional fps drop.
Wondering if the PC would be better overall? It's a trade so I won't be adding or editing any hardware for a few months. So would I be able to play WoW and LoL still?

Depends on what the processor is, if your laptop carries an Intel I3 and the Desktop carries an I5, then get Desktop, plus what is the size of V(ideo)RAM for your Laptop?

Desktop CPU : Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 2.33 GHz CPU

Laptop CPU : Processor: Intel Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4400 @ 2.20Ghz. 2.20Ghz
 
Then the swap should be worth it, out of the 2GB RAM, your laptop is sharing 732MB with the video card.

New PC was just delivered. Gotta admit, it's pretty sweet. Only problem I got is this god damn keyboard, so hard to get used to a new one haha and my dual screen, no idea how this shit works on a desktop, there is 2 VGA ports one of the ports works fine, the other doesn't :(

1 is on the graphic card and one is on the motherbord. The on on the motherboard doesnt work if you have a graphic card installed (Which you should). So probably u need to use 1 VGA and 1 DV-I port.

Looked it up when I got the PC. It's so much better than my Laptop. Fuck yeah xd
Gonna set up dual screen eventually
