Hello dear Otlanders,
Recently I was just looking for another tutorial about smth at school i didnt understand, but I only found Videos which linked me after 2 mins to their website where you had to pay to see the full tutorial.
That kinda pissed me off and I intend to start a campaign for FREE Tutorials.
Since I am from Germany there will be two youtube channels. One English one and one German One.
On both you will find playlists for several sections of tutorials you can imagine(school tutorials, gameengines, scripting, cooking, gametutorials or whatever). All tutorials are meant to be delivered 100% FREE in full length. Since I already got like 10+ ppl interested the two channels obviously cant be used for uploads by all people as I wish the number of contributors to expand. So we will all upload the tutorials on our own youtube channels and send me an email with the video. I will put it in the playlist where it does fit(e.g. Math Tutorials) and the people will be redirected to your channel. However to kinda symbolisize Unity, we will all use an overall Intro which shows that we belong to those TWO BIG TUTORIAL CHANNELS and link them in description and on channel.
The requests of ppl who want to help increase daily and I hope some of you guys will be on board.
No matter what tutorials you offer, be sure someone out there will need them and with TWO BIG CHANNELS linking to the Videos, noone should have any problems anymore finding his TUTORIALS for FREE!
Your Videos will ONLY be linked if your tutorial is good quality, understandable, does include our intro and is completely FREE(no half part tutorials here!).
We have lots of talented people here, like Webscripters(Xon Vanetta), Spriters, Mappers, maybee also Cooks, or gardeners, who knows?!

Looking forward to your answer!

Kind Regards,
//Damon

Le new version
Hello and welcome to TutorialContainer!

We are glad that you consider contributing to our collection of free, quality tutorials. In order to get involved, the only thing you need is a topic you are familiar enough with to show others things they might not have known. If you already have found your topic your tutorial is going to be about, that is even better. To keep things short I will sum up the basic idea of our channel and what you have to care about if you create a tutorial for our channel.

The intention of our channel and ALL our contributors is to offer a large variety of quality, free, full length tutorials concerning things that are well-known to us. We all are tired of checking one short tutorial after another just to find out that in order to watch it in full length you have to register and maybe even pay a monthly fee. As you already may have figured, we are a non-profit community of nice people, sharing their knowledge with others!

We don’t set any restrictions regarding the topic of your tutorial, except for the standard restrictions that apply to any video uploaded on YouTube. No pornography, extremism, racism, illegal downloading, you name it. Whether your tutorial is about a programming language, games, editors, Photoshop, cooking, school subjects, computers, language etc., be sure, someone is out there who will be glad finding such a tutorial.

If you are by now still willing to contribute to our channel, however, we do have certain requirements that have to be met.

- Of course, you should know what you are talking about.

- Your videos are full length without any restrictions, and they have our intro at the beginning.

- Your voice is clear and understandable. No one gets anything out of a tutorial if the person who is talking can’t be understood.

- Your videos meet a certain quality and are at a good resolution, especially if you show things on screen. Although we are offering all of our tutorials for free, we still need some sort of quality in video – and in audio as well.

- All videos will be uploaded to our main channel, TutorialContainer(http://youtube. com/TutorialContainer)

- Once your video is done, please upload it to your preferred file hoster (e.g. RapidShare, Uploaded.to, MediaFire, SpeedyShare…). Once that is done, simply send us the link via YouTube private message, with “TutorialContainer” being the receiver. We will check your video and if the aforementioned requirements are met, upload it to our main channel and crediting you in the video description.

You are in? Great! Don't hesitate to get started and feel free to contact us if you are encountering any issues!
