He is not innocent, and I told him multiple times that he would get to keep his account if he could just keep his mouth shut while I was looking into what happened to him, Dyablo and Marcus Saintz. I also gave him a chance to tell me exactly what happened, and said that it would speed up the process as he seemed to be in some kind of hurry to put his character to AFK-botting before he would go to bed. Instead, he just kept telling lies and calling me all kinds of words; in other words just refusing to co-operate. I repeated that I would give him his account back when I found out what happened, and he told me that I could give the account to Dyablo if I just let him play on a new account where I wouldn't bother him. I said that I wouldn't bother him if he played on a new account as long as he would follow the rules, and then I gave his account to Dyablo.
Since that didn't let me finish my investigation I don't know exactly what happened, but something along these lines:
- He mailed us asking for an e-mail change on his account because he wanted to give his account to Dyablo (we've received the mail from the registered e-mail address & Dyablo saw him send the mail through TeamViewer)
- 2-3 hours later he mails us again, asking us not to change the registered e-mail of his account (either way we wouldn't have changed it, because we don't allow e-mail change).
- Then for some reason Dyablo let him into his house, and while Dyablos went AFK, his house got robbed. Since Dyablo has spent a lot of his time as a tutor assisting players on ShadowCores, I felt like I owe him the favor of looking into it.
- Chaazzie logs in on his account after being offline for ~30 minutes (I believe he was online on Marcus Saintz selling all the items in market and then transferring the gold to another character which I've suspended already), and I teleported his character to jail and told him I would let him stand there until I had finished my investigation becuase Chaazzie claimed that his character had been hacked (and supposedly his mail too then, as he sent us a mail).
- IP logs and other data prove that almost everything Chaazzie told me was bullshit, and after suspending Chaazzie (and his friend Marcus?, as that's where he transferred the money) accounts, he told me I could just give the account to Dyablo, which I did so that I could continue working on the upcoming update without wasting more time on that.
Chaazzie's side of the story is pretty much that everything that happened was because of his RL (which he calls Marcus), and that he just got home from 9 hours of work when I messaged him, but Chaazzie is Dutch and Marcus is Swedish so that was just another lie (because Chaazzie said that Marcus was sitting next to him). The IP logs also show an IP from Netherlands on Chaazzie while he was communicating with Dyablo and when he was online on Marcus Saintz. So if anyone is innocent in this, it's Chaazzie's friend Marcus, who I haven't had the chance to talk to and since his accounts are registered to invalid e-mails I have no way of contacting him either.
EDIT: I also forgot to mention that while this was happening, Chaazzie was also DDoSing Dyablo's IP-address to complicate things further.

That's some bullshit right there, dyablo gets his house theft, you put time in helping him, someone else gets his house theft, you don't do shit about it that's pretty sad.

as far as i know chaazzie, also known as Xabor saintz he is from Germany (dortmund)

thanks for clearing this up mark because i known chaaziee a while and he hacked all my rls ruthless saintz boricua saintz steven and pew pew rooked there chars stole everything so i didnt believe him much im done with him from now on he fucked over my rls promised me he would give there kks back but never did

I dont give a fuck what he have done in the past or present or will do in the future. Marks put down time because Dyablo simply asked him because Dyablo invited a human to his house and his house got robbed. If Mark does it for one then he should do it for every single player on this OT.

I will clarify this again since some of you have chosen to only read one of the sentences in my first post completely out of context: Dyablo did not receive any item that was taken from his house, and he will not get anything back.
Yes, he got Chaazzie's account, but his items weren't there, it didn't have any item of value and the owner of Chaazzie already wanted to give the account to Dyablo. This wasn't because Dyablo's house got robbed, the fact that Dyablo's house got robbed had very little to do with this, it's just one of the things that happened along the events, and it was around that time I told Dyablo that I will look into it because there was more to it than just his house being robbed. Chaazzie's other accounts weren't deleted for robbing Dyablos house. Dyablo won't get anyone jailed/banned/deleted for claiming that they have robbed his house.
Giving the account to Dyablo was Chaazzie's own suggestion, to have me stop looking into it and to let him play on a new account where I wouldn't bother him. So yes, with Dyablo getting his account, there were exceptions made which we normally don't do, but if you knew the full story you would understand that this was a fair action and one that Chaazzie himself agreed to.
I'm not going to waste more time justifying my actions for people who are responding to things out of context and creating their own conclusions from that, so this is the only explanation you'll get from me. If you want to hear the full story, you'll have to talk to Chaazzie (who will tell you how innocent he is and how his RL is responsible for everything that happened, yet he's still threatening Dyablo to DDoS him as soon as he leaves protection zone) or Dyablo (who is also biased in this, but chances are you'll hear the real story from him).
