How it can be a "account trading" since he just gave me his account himself? If he wanted to give away then there's no "account trading".

So Dyablo you are telling me that I can give a random human the account I am using at the moment (317 ms) and just tell him 'I just want to give you my account' and 2 days later he can buy my pencil for lets say 40 euro. This wouldn't consider an ACCOUNT TRADE because I just GAVE him my account while later he bought my epic pencil for 40 euro.

Can you guys even read? I will quote the part that is necessary for you in that question.

Giving the account to Dyablo was Chaazzie's own suggestion, to have me stop looking into it and to let him play on a new account where I wouldn't bother him. So yes, with Dyablo getting his account, there were exceptions made which we normally don't do, but if you knew the full story you would understand that this was a fair action and one that Chaazzie himself agreed to.
