Dedicating more ram

Okay, So the server is up and running...And with my internet it should be able to hold up to 90 players...But...It lags after 6 players...So I was thinking...Maybe I have to allocate more ram / CPU or what ever...How can I do this?

Not sure what you mean with Distro, But I'm using: TFS edited by Cyko V8.. Version 0.3.6
