Editing large HD videos, streaming, debugging games, virtual machines et cetera.
to be honest I might buy 8x8gb ram soon
What bullshit? I have been going all out AMD since 2009, and now I am also running my GPUs with crossfireX.
Never any issues with drivers. Its not that hard to download the latest drivers from the website. (This is mandatory, always do this after getting a GPU, regardless of the vendor, Nvidia or ATI).
Also, keep it budget wise.
What's the average price of an nvidia graphics card? Remember that I have a budget

I'm quite far away from the router, however my bedroom has about 4 phone jacks in the wall so there is a potential for a second modem and just use an ethernet cable, if that's possible to have 2 modems/routers.You could always buy a wireless USB-adapter.
