@Zolax I have used paint for all the outfits so far :) So I don't think you need a special program. Just learn how to use it.
Also Les Forges - Pixel art course is a tutorial I can vow for. It learns you a lot about how to sprite. Then you have to practice making it in Tibia perspective.
