If you go to http://taos.no-ip.org/downloads.php there is a video on what to type. the server is taos.no-ip.org, the protocol is 9.6 port 7171. Not sure about that error, i've never seen it before. But if you don't think that will get working feel free to use a 9.6 client. Not quite as cool in my opinion but it'll work!
