They can make that brain automaticly moved to your backpack or make room for one player for one min...
 
You can say "lost" to Omrabas to start the mission from the beginning. It will be changed so that only one player can enter at a time with the next update.

If he says: "Yes? What is it? Having trouble finding that Brain Heater Machine? It's in a sealed room in the Necromancer Halls. ..." when he greets you, then you don't need to say lost. You just need to get 2 half-eaten brains and go to the Brain-Heater machine.
