Just being honest, it's ridiculous when not even following the guides by the creators works and after a struggle and it got compiled it still doesn't work... *insert old title here* >_>

Install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package (2008, 2010, 2012) instead of adding DLL's manually.
