I need to know if its possible to obtain "Sams old and used backpack"
Ive checked orc fort for a few weeks and it never seems to drop, so I guess my question is.. can you obtain the backpack or is dwarven armor not obtainable here?

Yes, afaik a few people already has it! I'm not 100% sure but that's what I've heard.
