When I enter phpmyadmin/ Privilegier, then I get theese

try to reinstall mysql but before that take a backup of your database
you will find the databases in a folder in the mysql folder just search your database name

I tried to reinstall Xampp but it still say #1130 :/, how can I do then?

But try:

Removing Xampp --> Reboot aka Restart --> Install it again

Hint: Use Uniformserver which is way better

Just delete the following folders to reset the users/password in Xampp.

C:\xampp\security\xampp.users
C:\xampp\security\htdocs\.htaccess
C:\xampp\htdocs\xampp\.htaccess

Then your Xampp is corrupted. Xampp Security and Xampp HTDocs are two folders you HAVE to have in order for it to work. Are you downloading the x32 for x64 Windows? Or vice versa?
