Rookgaardia Project [+Poll]

Hello,

I started developing a server based on the map of Rookgaard from tibia version 8.60, all systems, all the quests, map, NPCs and monsters alike tibia global. A server made for those who always liked Rookgaard.

I'm still thinking a lot about the server, and it will take a while to get everything finished.

Current Progress:
Map: 99% (w/spawns 80% correct)
NPCs: 1%
Quests: 99% correct (only need actions/moveevents)
Monsters: 50% (needs to fix the loot, attacks and other things)
Signs/Blackbords/Books: 99% (need only verify if they are correct)

This map Rookgaard is version 8.60 of the tibia, but I can get the map of the current version of the tibia.

The question is, Would you play a server with map of Rookgaard? With the same map, the same mystery, the same story and some improvements?

And the version?
8.60 or 10.1 ?

Would love to see it with the new features so i voted for 10.1 BUT there's a problem with 10.1... There isnt a professional bot readily available without paying (on 8.6 you can get elf in 2 seconds) so there will be alot of rage about botters since less people will actually be botting.

That would be an advantage, a server almost free of botters

obs: afk hunting w/bots will not be tolerated

Yeah, but it means the guys who do bot will own the server easily since they wont have competition which is what will cause the problems since manual players will hate it !

And good job about not wanting them to bot afk but seriously, can you stop them? :P

Yeah, any player that I take hunting afk, will have a punishment.

Bot will not be prohibited, but as I said before, if I or any GM take someone hunting afk that person will be banned for 7 days.
I'm sick of the servers where bots dominate. After a while people get tired and only bots play the server.

Honestly, if I were you I wouldn't ban them after the first time they bot, but put them in a jail for like 12 hours, and if they continue botting then ban them. But after being put in jail for 12 + hours they should learn, if not they deserve banned.

I'm thinking of implementing a system like Global Tibia, with levels of alert.

Green/Yellow/Red/Black

And when it comes in black alert, the player is banned.

Oh, that's good, if you ever need help with scripts just ask me and I'll do my best to help! This server looks good. and btw if you need any scripts from my website feel free to use them, although none of them are good for rookservers really :P

Imo if someone wants to play on rookgaard he can simply play global tibia.
