spells.cpp -> CTRL + F -> creatureSay -> replace SPEAK_SAY; with SPEAK_MONSTER_SAY;

Then you wont be able to do it, but if you are using TFS 0.3 there is already a variable in config.lua to change it, emoteSpells or something similiar.
