He is pinging my friend and he verywell could be pinging the server. He is located in Great Britain.

PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO BAN HIM BECAUSE HE THINKS HE CAN PING PLAYERS AND GET AWAY WITH IT CONSTANTLY(AS SEEN IN SCREENY 3).

He admits to pinging as he says:

He tried to lure and i tried to mwall the monsters i come back and he is killed by him HE ALSO CLAIMS THAT IT IS HIS SERVER(HINT TO MAYBE HE IS PINGING THE SERVER SO HE CAN BOT)

He says he can get away with pinging because the gms dont care:
