How to enter RME

Hello, I want to map my own server. But when I go into my RME it say's:
Could not locate Tibia.dat and/or Tibia.spr, please navigate to your Tibia 8.6 installation folder.
What am I supposed to do?

- I can open the server, but I cant get into it, why? When I open it, it say's " Can't fetching blacklist " but it still opens, what is blacklist?

That's just because your server connects to a link that is down/not working, it's to check for version and internet connection, you can just ignore it. Almost every server has this atm.
