Does anyone know where i can find a Tibia editor for 10.31 and a spr editor for 10.31 i have looked for 2 hours now all broken links i found so far.

Unless you modify one of the previously released tools to work with it. It can be done with some effort and programming knowledge. This is TibiaEditor by BlackDemon, and it works fine once modded:

You should be able to find the sources for it here on OTLand, I remember that they were on github.
I'd release this one but you won't find use of it because it has been modded to work with Necronia's files, not 10.31.. :\

Well, i have like 2 months learning C++, i know that the sources are on github, but i don't know what to modify, if i got something i will release it but for now i'm just learning somethings so my brain is nle to do that hahahah
