Linux Ddos on dedicated server

Hello i got this problem i have dedicated server but the ddos still getting in :S

How can i solve this i get error in console.

theforgottenserver: /usr/include/boost/thread/pthread/condition_variable_fwd.hpp:46: boost::condition_variable::~condition_variable(): Assertion `!pthread_mutex_destroy(&internal_mutex)' failed.

Sure you dont already have a TFS running in the background?

do "ps -ef | grep theforgotten*"
and see if you have any PID running, if you do use kill command to kill it,

Thats not the problem, when i was looking into tibia client and suddently it closed i check my console on putty and i see this error first my website was down and then second my server :S
