Lua [TFS 1.0] Raid System

Hey guys, could someone kindly fill me in on how to have a raid system is TFS 1.0?

The question is however:
How do you make a raid have a x% chance to execute every x hour?

Edit margin for %. So margin="30" is 30%. At least, this is my belief/assumption.

30% of each what? Sec? Min? Hour?
I'd say its minutes until it will execute.
