Does anyone know how you insert/inject items into remers OT map editor? I have heard that it should be possible and maybe a solution on my server problem which can be explained here, http://otland.net/threads/update-items-otb.212820/#post-2041512

You're asking an impossible question, and you haven't taken the natural initial steps to look for a solution.
1. Get a copy of RME that is known to work with your server level, and a map that others are using for that server, and see if it works.
2. If that works, import your map into the verified RME and try that with your server.
Log everything that happens.
If either one fails, post the logs/screen caps for both activities here.
