I want to create a server with latest version allways updated like GLOBAL/RL.

What I need to do it? My idea its a server like shadowcores but little bit changed...
24/7 online.. You know just like shadowcores what I need?

Its just for my beginning then I will search everything but first I need understand and know what I need to search.
