Windows People can't join my server? Ports are open. (TFS 1.0)

Hi there. My problem now is that people cant get in my server, even the ports being open and the config.lua being right! They can access the website, but they can't access the server.
Any idea on why?

Won't show my IP on this SS above, but it's defined right. Tried with the numbers and the one from no-ip.org, they won't be able to join it anyways.

Edit¹- His screen is stuck at loading character list.
Edit²- I can't also connect to the server, keeps saying Connection Refused. (Using my IPV4, tried even the localhost IP, none would let me.) Altho I can connect if I set the IP on the config.lua to 127.0.0.1

@Techrlz I can login if I set the IP on config.lua as "127.0.0.1" with my global ip setted on config.lua, and trying to log in with my IPV4 adress I can't.

Set the IP to your external IP or use a domain(no-ip is fine). TFS 1.0 has this strange quirk where it does not work great with internal addresses.

Yup, Himii could login, but I can't. Hosting a teamviewer 9 meeting atm if someone wants to take a look at it.

Edit¹: Weird, friend couldnt login also (not on the same network), maybe there's IP Blocks to our country somewhere?
Edit²: Friend managed to log-in by changin his ip changer, I also changed and still can't login.

RESUME ON ALL: I'M THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN'T CONNECT TO THE SERVER. (Tried my IPV4, localhost, 127.0.0.1, even tried the external IP and still can't.)
