Cannot log in...

For some reason, when I use my global IP, I cannot log in to the Account Manager, nor can anyone else. It will take me as far as "Loading your character list."

Of course, 127.0.0.1 works... but only I can use that. And, YES, I have the IP entered in config.lua.

Also, I can't access localhost/phpmyadmin. It says 404 Not Found... are these problems related?

Yes. Port 7171 for Tibia, and... whatever the ports are for the others. *can't remember them* xD

Edit: Oh, I just found out, Apache won't start... okay, what port do I need to open for it? D:
Edit: Wait, isn't Apache just for a website...? Never mind the Apache, then.

Default Ports:
Apache - Port 80
MySQL - Port 3306

You only need to open port 7171 for your server.

try to press CTRL+ R and write CMD... press enter..

if u have another IP like i had, dont think it will work. couldent fix it.

Oh, thanks for giving me the idea of changing the global IP address to my router's IP... I *think* the problem may be fixed. Probably not, though... xD

Hmm, so, trying the router's IP failed, as I thought. So... what do I have to do, disconnect my router?

But I can't disconnect my router, otherwise I wouldn't have an Internet connection... blergh.

Yes. I do. But, when I try to start Xampp:

make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80

What does that mean?

Windows Vista usually has problems with certain things, or in the other words, Windows Vista has questionable compatibility.
I suppose there's no other solution but using a more compatible, and hoster-friendly Operating System.
