What do you want in a server?

Hey, guys. I've been out ot the loop since tibia began with hotkeys and all, so I'm just curious of what do people want.
Myself, I'm looking for something like Classicus, but without Ryan (nothing personal, but you handled some stuff pretty badly when I played there).
I want a hard server, where people won't get to lvl 100 before a day. This makes me remember how hard tibia was for me 10 years ago, when I've started playing.

I've answered the questions, and i must say - most of the people agree about certain things. Really blown away that some big ots allow botters.

What do you exactly mean with: "Which maps should be included"? You mean the thematic or the map as it is in Cip Tibia??

EDIT: I think you should change "namelock" to "name change" or something like that. At first I was like wtf xD
