What group_id in accounts are for? There isn't already group_id by player?

They are just to show you what the group_ids are, what they do and what are the names. Also, there is the place for you to change the names if you don't like them

I found the answer, if someone has the same question: There are group_id for accounts because there's some flags that can be used only on accounts like PlayerCustomFlag_CanLoginMultipleCharacters. and group_id for players are for all other flags.
