Your server will load faster and interactions with the database will also go faster. Overall I think its best to invest more on the performance of the CPU or RAM speed as the database and the entire scripting interface depend heavily on them.
It's much better in terms of save speed.

So SSD hard , is better to use on hosting server ? or it does not realy make effect ?

For big servers sure why not but with small servers the difference will be small.

Does it matter if i use Debian7 or Ubuntu 10 ? with is better ? or its nearly same ?

IDK if you want me to answer your question but.. debian without GUI is the best option for the server.
Ubuntu is made from the source code of Debian. There is little to no difference between some versions. I myself prefer Debian and always recommend it because Ubuntu's owner Canonical sold its soul to Amazon and it also spies on its users.
IMHO Debian is best for any kind of server. From simple WWW hosting to powerful game servers. When its X servers (GUI) are set off it is just stable and fast. And it is not commercial at all (ubuntu is starting to advertising some commercial programs during searching in main menu)
