Znote AAC Compatibility converter?

Hello! So, there is problably a thread already about it but I can't find it hopefully someone knows what the problem is: I watched the video by Znote and half way trough it I was supposed to (Convert accounts?) and it keeps failing,

I am using 0.3.6 and also wrote TFS_03 in config but wont work:
