Solved Removing GEMS?

i just wondering if i can remove effect enchanted small amethyst from one item

i mean i need to remove transfer item from normal one to enchanted one like this

this gem enchants war axe to charging with energy effect,i need to remove this enchanted system from server like if i use this gem again on war axe don't be enchant
