TFS OTBM Loader problem

When running the newest TFS server, I come with this error in the GUI.

[29/01/2009 16:15:37] > FATAL: OTBM Loader - Unknown map node.

Does anyone know what it is?

wrong map type, maybe you try 8.4 with 8.31 server or sth...

I'm using RME (newest version), 8.4 settings in RME, TFS 0.3 BETA 3.

I don't see anything there that has to do with 8.31.

Remere (maker of RME) on otfans told me that TFS doesn't support 8.4 maps.

TFS 0.3b3 (Rev 39) supports the 8.4 maps

In your MapEditor sets Clients 8.40 version.
RME: Menu Map > Properties, in Client Version select 8.40.

that may be it, i am not sure but i know the lastest tags in http://svn.otland.net/public supports 8.4 maps cause i compiled it on my 0.2 server, and 8.4 maps load

Someone told me to create more than one town (or first delete all and then create more then one town ? )

And now it works ;P

i actually "lied". rev 36 had the 8.4 support, not sure if it carried over to 39 or not, i assume it did

It happened the same to me once I was using the latest TFS distribution, and converted my map from 8.31-8.4. Got the same problem, then I converted it back to 8.31 and then it worked.

Also check everything is right in your config.lua and that you haven't mapped some weird objects that the otbm file doesn't support.

When 8.4 was new, RME had bug with all versions except 8.4, so convertions might have failed.

I created another town (GM Island)

And now I get this error.

I'am not sure but some people said yalahar don't work
and they don't know why...
