protocolgame.cpp dont exist.

Hi, I got a vip-system based on premium. But the addons dont work for free account and I know how to change it to work. In a file called protocolgame.cpp. But I dont find that file? where is it? can I add a file called protocolgame.cpp and where should I put it then?

I got TFS 0.3.6.

This file is for TFS 1.1, he needed it for 0.3.6. the compiling will fail for whoever tries this.
