SQLite problem. HELP PLEASE

Lol. The server is running very good. I've been running this OT for a while then I made it into SQLite and every1 says it is better with SQLite then SQL and I just want to fix this problem.

I will try to rebuild database.

I will keep bumping this thread untill some1 really helps me.
I tried to make a new database, DID NOT WORK!!!!!!!
